The Wizard Gaming online gaming software company has made the decision to auction off their assets. The directors of the company explored a number of options for the future of Wizard Gaming, and made the decision that an open and public auction of the company's assets would be the best move forward.

The directors of Wizard Gaming have concluded that the best thing that can be done for the company is to put it in the hands of some new owners so that it can be commercialized faster than they would be able to do themselves.

The company has already put four years into the development of their software, with an estimated book development cost of more $5 million. It is expected that another iGaming operator, or those who wish to enter this field would be given this unusual opportunity to continue to develop the unique Wizard Gaming software, or perhaps to simply become a player in the online gaming software industry for a very low cost.

It has been estimated that the auction price will be much below the money that has already been invested into the company, which means that those that buy it can enter the online gambling software industry with a comparatively minimal investment.

There are those that like the Wizard Gaming software, and those that do not, but all agree that it has some unique and interesting features, which will hold the attention of those that choose online casinos that are powered by Wizard Gaming online casino software. Apart from the excellent animation and sounds, the graphics are of particularly good quality. An interesting feature that is used for many of the games is the overarching narrative that is used during the game.

The actual assets are valued at around $300,000, and the company expects to fetch a far higher price than that at the auction. The assets include the master copyright on the audio and graphic content that is used for the games. It also includes the IP rights, and the backend of the online gaming software, the integrations used for eWallet processing, and the card processor, as well as the operator backend. There are also slot games that are in the process of being developed that would be included in the sale.

While the Wizard Gaming suite of games was appreciated and enjoyed by the public, for some reason, the company had some trouble being able to find, and keep, licensees that are obviously needed in order to further the business, and bring the games to the players.

One hopes that the buyer will use the company's innovative ideas to bring back the exciting and refreshing games to the public.
