More Content and New Look for eCOGRA Website

The eCommerce and Online Gaming Regulation and Assurance (eCOGRA) website has been given a new look, and will now be offering more content for those visiting their site.
This is the second time that eCOGRA has revamped their site since the organization was launched seven years ago. The eCOGRA Chief Executive, Andrew Beveridge said that the site was being revamped in order to make it easier to navigate and generally a more user friendly environment.
Mr. Beveridge explained: "We have also improved player access, online complaint lodging, and information on our independent dispute mediation service, where the Fair Gaming Advocate continues to assist players with any problems at accredited operators." He also noted that the most important goal of eCOGRA, as it has always been, is to protect players. Players should easily be able to find out which online gambling sites hold the eCOGRA Safe and Fair Seal.
eCOGRA has grown, and is now servicing large amounts of the online gambling industry. Many new services have also been introduced since the site became operational. The site now has new content regarding eCOGRA’s operational activity, including their newer offerings. Key staff are also listed on the site, along with their qualifications and capabilities.
Mr. Beveridge said: "Visitors will now find full details of business added-value services available from eCOGRA’s professional staff of 12 Chartered Accountants, IT specialists and Auditors."
The services that are offered by eCOGRA include the well-known and trusted Safe and Fair Seal, the Certified Software Seal, Accredited Testing Agency Services, the Reputable Portals Seal, the Affiliate Trust Seal, and also independent Payout and RNG Reviews.
At this time, eCOGRA has given 145 online gaming sites their Safe and Fair Seal, while they continue to work with more than 25 software providers in the online gaming industry.
The eCOGRA site also provides useful services, such as news that is related to the online gambling industry, a media room that shows all press releases that eCOGRA has issued, and also access to an email newsletter service.
eCOGRA is based in London, but services online gaming sites internationally. The non-profit organization not only awards eligible companies with their Safe and Fair Seals, but also provides the guidelines for effective operational practice requirements, and obviously place much emphasis on the issues of fair and responsible online gambling.
Once companies are given an eCOGRA seal, the organization continues to monitor the sites to ensure that they continue to comply with the guidelines that have been provided to them.
