Microgaming, the well known and trusted online casino software provider, has formed a partnership with People Dimensions, a training company. The partnership between the successful and well established online gaming software provider and People Dimensions has taken place in order to begin three new training solutions that will be used for the online gaming industry.

The three areas of training are the eGaming Essentials Course, the Certificate in eGaming Programs, and Tailored Training. The courses will be used to train Internet gambling personnel. The courses will be presented by highly experienced members of HR and those that are experts in training and the Internet gaming industry. Those that do the courses will be awarded either Introductory, Immediate, or Advanced, as is appropriate.

Those companies that with to improve the way that they deal with new employee inductions and those companies that wish to develop the current employee awareness with the regards to the online gambling industry in a general way, will be offered the Introductory Certificate. Those who have been in the online gaming industry for a few years will find that the Intermediate Certificate or the Advanced Certificate will be better fits for them.
