This week, from 26th - 28th January, the International Gaming Expo 2010 is set to take place at Earls Court in London.

The International Gaming Expo (IGE) incorporates the International Casino Exhibition Interactive (ICEi) and also features The Betting Show and the Amusement Trades Exhibition International (ATEI) at the same venue.

The Earls Court Exhibition Center will be displaying the most comprehensive collection of remote gaming services and products that has ever been seen, as well as the largest number of suppliers to the gambling industry under one roof at the same time. 124 different companies will be participating in the International Gaming Expo 2010, coming from as many as 33 different jurisdictions. The range of those taking part in the Expo will be drawn from all facets of gaming, and will include both land-based gaming as well as online gaming.

Some of the major names that will be found at the Expo include Playtech, Microgaming, Cryptologic, the Isle of Man Government, Malta Lottery and Gaming Authority, and many more. There will also be a number of new players in the gaming industry that will be coming with fresh new ideas regarding payment processing, enhanced security, and new products lines, amongst other innovative ideas.

Products will be launched, serious business transacted, and knowledge will be shared. There will be many free seminars run by industry experts, which will cover topics such as remote gaming, legislation, compliance and social responsibility, and low stake gaming markets.

Clarion Gaming Exhibitions have organized the show, and their Managing Director, Julian Graves has said: "The size and scale of ICEi’s growth are truly breath-taking, however the numbers are merely academic. What’s really important is that all the major suppliers of products and services to the global remote gaming business have recognized the invaluable role played by ICEi in uniting originators and operators, making it the world’s single most important place to do serious business. Every conceivable e-gaming application will be on display, not to mention a plethora of new concepts that will help shape the industry’s future over the next 12 months."

Mr. Graves also noted that after the large turnout for the International Gaming Expo in 2009, that it was difficult to imagine that new heights could be reached, however, 2010’s Expo is certainly looking like it will have an even greater outcome than last year’s Expo. He said: "and all the indicators point towards another promising year for the remote gaming sector."

The IGE Exhibition website notes that it is likely that the IGE will offer those attending "the widest range of solutions to maximize the potential of your business."
