These agencies will work together in order to build the desired customer loyalty to the InterCasino brand.

Alexandra Gal, InterCasino's vice president of global marketing said "The agencies will capitalize on InterCasino's understanding of the gaming experience to build greater levels of customer loyalty and interaction with the brand." It is expected that use will be made of campaigns and promotions specially tailored for specific players or groups of gamers. Social marketing and public relations would be important aspects for the agencies to focus on, both online and offline. SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and viral marketing would also be considered. Viral marketing is particularly effective since it works via social networks by encouraging people to pass the message around.

InterCasino, which was launched in 1996, has the distinction of being the first commercial online casino. For five years, between 2003 and 2007, the online casino was voted as the best casino online by Gambling Online Magazine. InterCasino would like to return to the kind of popularity they enjoyed at that time.
