Finger Pointing and Mudslinging at CAP

Casino Affiliate Programs (CAP) find themselves in a no-win situation. Since news broke regarding conflicts of interest for CAP and its owners, things have simply gone downhill.

Not only have things gone downhill, but the speed with which things have changed is almost like a mudslide, not to mention the mudslinging between the two main owners of CAP, Lou Fabiano and Warren Jolly. As things continue to deteriorate, finger pointing and badmouthing seem almost all that remains of a once positive and lucrative business partnership.

CAP was once one of the most trusted and popular names for the online casino industry. At this time, the industry feels that there is no integrity left for CAP, and little that could save it. Fabiano and Jolly are blaming each other for the company's downfall.

Fabiano sent out a message to CAP members and the online gambling industry that Warren Jolly is trying to push him out of the partnership they have shared at CAP's helm. Fabiano, who has changed his story numerous times, has now alleged that it is Jolly who was behind the secret and hidden conflicts of interest which, when they came to light, began the downfall of CAP.

In the recent past, Fabiano had denied the existence of any conflicts existing. He seems to have changed the version of his story as the situation has evolved. Fabiano, whose CAP administrator name was the Professor, was the one who banned a large number of CAP members from the forum. The banned members were all banned after attempting to raise topics in the forum in connection to the undisclosed relationships that Fabiano now denies. In a total turnaround, Fabiano has now been banned from his own Internet casino forums.

In response to Fabiano's message, Warren Jolly responded by pointing his finger back in Fabiano's direction. Jolly blamed Fabiano for the numerous accumulated problems that CAP is experiencing, and has promised that in the near future, the real truth will soon be posted. Some feel that he will post his "side" of things when he makes it up.

One thing that both Jolly and Fabiano have got 100% correct is that they have both blamed each other for ruining CAP for the rest of the Internet gambling community. As the division between the partners grows larger, it is becoming more apparent that they are quite similar in how they are choosing to deal with the situation.

Affiliate managers have been uprooting themselves and leaving CAP. Other complaints have resurfaced, such as CAPs harsh pricing structure, and the move to turn Spring Break into an income-based event. Greed seems to be the recurring theme when examining the reasons that CAP is undergoing their current problems.

In summary, both Jolly and Fabiano have denied any ties to Cardspike and to Absolute Slots. Both have accused each other of forcing the idea on the other. What is difficult to understand is why they are both fighting so hard to gain control of CAP, a very fast sinking ship, with almost nothing worth salvaging.
