CryptoLogic and William Hill plc have celebrated their long standing partnership of ten years by extending their business relationship. The new business agreement between the two well known companies is a mutli-year licensing agreement, whereby William Hill will use CryptoLogic’s branded casino games.

According to the new agreement, CryptoLogic will give William Hill the license to use a minimum of ten of the most popular CryptoLogic slot games on their sites. Some of the games are King Kong, Millionaires Club, Cubis, and Bejeweled. Nice of the exciting slot games are already active on William Hill’s site, while another game launch is in the planning for some time in the next few weeks.

Orbis Technology will be deploying CryptoLogic’s slot games to the William Hill website. Orbis Technology is a platform solutions provider that is used by many in the online betting industry.

As with other similar deals that CryptoLogic has made, the online casino software company will receive a portion of all the wagers that are bet on their slot games via the William Hill website. These kind of deals create a source of recurring income for the well known online casino software provider. In recent years, CryptoLogic has shown a financial loss. Agreements such as this deal that was signed between CryptoLogic and William Hill, certainly provide an additional source of income for the online casino software company.

CryptoLogic’s CEO and President, Brian Hadfield said: "This deal reaffirms our excellent relationship with William Hill, one of the most respected names in the gaming industry. The rapid roll out of our branded games by William Hill demonstrates the popularity of our games with their customers and the value we bring to our licensees."

William Hill, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, was founded in 1934, and is very well known both on and offline in the gambling world. The Gaming Director of William Hill Online, Colin Cole-Johnson, noted: "CryptoLogic's compelling and innovative games are one of the major reasons we have worked together for over a decade. Their branded slot games are a must-have for attracting and retaining players and providing a highly entertaining environment for our customers."

Mr. Cole-Johnson, when speaking about the long connection that CryptoLogic and William Hill share, said: "We look forward to continuing our work with CryptoLogic."

CryptoLogic online casinos, and all those companies that use CryptoLogic’s slot games are, unfortunately, unavailable for those online casino players in the United States.
