The online casino has a legal right to refuse payouts to anyone who played at the casino under false pretences. This means that if someone who is underage managed to find a way to get around the online casino sign up process, and played illegally at the online casino, they will not be paid out their winnings. Reputable online casinos do not knowingly allow underage players to sign up at their casinos.
