Reasons to Blacklist an Online Casino

Online Casino Won’t Pay Winnings to Players

Although there are times when an online casino has good reason for not paying out winnings, in most cases, this would be inappropriate. An online casino that stalls payouts on purpose, and refuses to make payouts for anything other than legitimate reasons, should be blacklisted right away. Non-payment of original deposits, and any other money that is owed to players should be paid out without delay, or according to the online casino’s Terms and Conditions, which should be available on the site.

Terms and Conditions Not Followed

When choosing an online casino, players should always read the Terms and Conditions. An online casino that attempts to hide their Terms and Conditions, or simply does not provide them, should be kept away from.

There are also situations where an online casino simply does not follow the Terms and Conditions they have published. Once this is confirmed, this is another good reason to have an online casino blacklisted.

Another instance when there are issues with Terms and Conditions is when an online casino uses their Terms and Conditions to find reasons to withhold funds from players. There are of course times when online casinos need their Terms and Conditions to protect them. This is entirely reasonable, and only becomes a problem when the Terms and Conditions are twisted in order to avoid making payouts.

Terms and Conditions regarding online casino bonuses can be confusing at times. Players should ensure that they understand this section of the Terms and Conditions before signing up with an online casino. Those online casinos that misuse Terms and Conditions often do so in connection with bonus payouts.

A Fake Seal of Approval

An online casino should always be blacklisted if they have used a fake seal of approval. Apart from the online casino illegally using a seal of approval, one must wonder what other dishonest actions they have/may perform if they have done this.

Unfair Odds

If an online casino has been suspected of using unfair odds, an actuary should audit the online casino to check if this is in fact true. Should it be found to be true, the online casino should be blacklisted.

Unreliable Customer Service Responses for Complaints

Online casinos that do not respond to emails, do not return phone calls, or simply stop a live chat when a complaint is being made against the online casino, are not to be trusted. Either the online casino simply has awful customer service, or they are in fact trying to avoid an issue regarding something at which they were at fault. Online casinos with really bad customer service, or dishonest customer service, or customer service that avoids their customers when the casino is at fault, should all be blacklisted.

Misuse of Private Information

Online casinos that share or sell the private information supplied to them by their players are unreliable, and have misused the information. Players should not trust an online casino that has done this, and once this action has been confirmed, the online casino in question should also be blacklisted.
